Perennial Barrel-Aged Abraxas Release

Perennial Artisan Ales is kicking off a 5-month run of barrel aged releases with the anticipated arrival of Barrel-Aged Abraxas on January 24 at 4pm. Only available in the tasting room, this will be sold on a first come, first serve basis for $23 per 750mL bottle, limit 6 per person.

While the decadent Mexican chocolate imperial stout has been released twice, this will be the first bottling of the barrel-aged variant, which took home a silver medal in the Experimental Beer category at the Festival of Barrel-Aged Beer.

Commercial description:

Barrel-Aged Abraxas is an Imperial Stout aged one year in Rittenhouse Rye barrels with cacao nibs, cinnamon sticks, ancho chiles & vanilla beans.

Perennial Artisan Ales is located at 8125 South Michigan Ave in St. Louis on the corner of Virginia and Davis.
