Bottleworks 14th Anniversary

The renowned Bottleworks in Seattle is preparing to celebrate their 14th anniversary on Monday, February 25, meaning another limited release beer for everyone to salivate and fight over. This year Cascade Brewing Company was selected to create a unique blend for the occasion, resulting in a NW style sour ale that is a blend of Blond Quad and Blond ales aged in Bourbon, wine and rum barrels with orange zest for up to 24 months.

The details:

Bottles will go on sale at Bottleworks at 11am when they open but limits and pricing have not been determined yet.  for $30 each and limited to 3 per person. Cascade will also have a small amount of the beer available at their Barrel House in Portland on February 25 at noon.

Those familiar with the Bottleworks anniversary beers will remember previous releases which have turned into some of the most sought-after items in the craft community, most notably Russian River Deviation.

  • Hair of the Dog – Matt (Bottleworks X)
  • New Belgium – Bottleworks 10th Anniversary Wild Ale
  • Big Sky – Bottleworks XI
  • The Bruery – Bottleworks XII
  • Stone – Bottleworks XIII

Bottleworks is located at 1710 N 45th St #3 in Seattle.

Cascade Barrel House is located at 939 SE Belmont St in Portland.
