The Bruery Rare Beer Silent Auction
As The Bruery continues to celebrate their 5th anniversary by releasing small amounts of long gone limited brews, May 12 sees one of the biggest surprises of all, featuring a silent auction with some of their most sought-after bottles. The auction will run from 12pm-6pm at the brewery, with bidding sheets available for a number of items including Partridge in a Pear Tree, Barrel-Aged Papier, Black Tuesday and more. Before you break out the pitchforks and start posting “price gouging!” all over BA, all proceeds from the auction will go to Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry (http://www.nokidhungry.org/).
Beers up for auction:
- Partridge In A Pear Tree
- Bourbon Barrel Aged Levud’s
- Papier: Rye Barrel Aged
- Papier: Bourbon Barrel Aged
- Papier Brandy Barrel Aged
- 3 pack of 2011 Black Tuesday, 2012 Grey Monday and 2012 Chocolate Rain
Note – While you do have to be present to place a bid, you don’t have to wait until the end as long as you leave a phone number on your bidding sheet. Also, there is only ONE bottle of each beer mentioned.
The Bruery Tasting Room is located at 717 Dunn Way in Placentia.
