Allagash Bourbon Barrel Black Bottles Coming
After numerous installments as a draft-only release, Allagash announced the bottling and distribution of Bourbon Barrel Black this week. This is a silky, deep, dark Belgian ale brewed with candi sugar, then aged in oak bourbon barrels for about 10 months.
Bottling is going down today, with the beer hitting Maine and Massachusetts distribution in limited quantities after ‘”a few weeks” once bottle conditioning is complete. Stay tuned for more info, more barrels and more beer.
