Kane Brewing 2nd Anniversary Party and Bottle Release

Kane Brewing LogoThe Jersey shore’s own Kane Brewing Company is set to celebrate their 2nd year in business on Saturday, September 21 from 12-5pm at the brewery in Ocean. To commemorate the sudsy occasion, Kane is rolling out 17 limited brews ranging from barrel-aged imperial stouts to brett-fermented dry-hopped pale ales.

Also joining the party will be a pair of new 750mL corked and caged bottles; 730 Second Anniversary Ale, a Belgian dark ale blended with barrel-aged Belgian ales and Apiary, a farmhouse saison brewed with local wildflower honey from Monmouth and Ocean counties.

The details:

  • Bottles sales begin at noon with no limits
  • 100+ cases of each available, the brewery expects these to be available “for several weeks”
  • 730 Second Anniversary Ale: $16 per bottle
  • Apiary: $12 per bottle

  • Apiary – Farmhouse Saison w/ local wildflower honey
  • Apiary Brett – secondary fermentation w/ brettanomyces
  • Barrel Aged Overhead – IIPA aged in bourbon barrels
  • Barrel Aged Solitude – Belgian Dark Strong aged in bourbon barrels
  • Double Dry Hopped Head High – with Citra
  • Double Dry Hopped Ripple – with Nelson Sauvin
  • Malus Vintage 2012 – Belgian dark strong with local apple cider
  • Mosaic Overhead – IIPA double dry hopped with Mosaic
  • Silent Nights Vintage 2011 – Imperial Stout
  • Silent Nights Vintage 2012 – Imperial Stout
  • Sour Blonde – tart Belgian-style ale aged in oak dry hopped with East Kent Goldings
  • Sea Change – 100% Brettanomyces fermented American pale ale dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic
