Block 15 Sticky Hands Man On The Moon Coming October 5

Block-15-BreweryIt’s that time again – The monthly installment of Block 15 Sticky Hands is just about ready, set to debut on Saturday, October 5 at the brewery in Corvallis. Sticky Hands Man On The Moon features Comet and Apollo hops followed by a potent double dry-hopping with Galaxy.

The details:

  • Bottle sales begin at 11am
  • $8.50 per 750mL bottle
  • Limit 6 per person

Commercial description:

Blast into the hop solar system with our latest Sticky Hands creation. Maris Otter barley malts launch multiple kettle additions of Comet and Apollo hops before an orbit of dank Galaxy hops spin in the whirlpool. Two select brewer’s yeasts work in tandem fermenting the extraterrestrial hoppy wort, complementing the beer with soft notes of stone fruits. Finally, a double dry hop of Galaxy completes this hop trip to the moon.

Block 15 Restaurant & Brewery is located at 300 SW Jefferson in Corvallis. Check them out here.

  1. Any idea how long their bottles usually last? Like a couple hours? Or a week? I’ll be down there the week after this release. Would love to snag something.

    • For Sticky Hands, my understanding is they stick around for a little while, unlike the sours/barrel-aged stuff, which sells out right away. Some of them hit limited distro too, but I would check with the brewery directly to be sure before you go.
