Anchorage A Deal with the Devil Barrel-Aged Barleywine Coming in January

For their latest beery surprise, the Alaskan crew will unveil A Deal with the Devil, a massive barleywine aged in cognac barrels, weighing in at 17.3% ABV.

The details:

  • Expected release slated for January during the Great Alaska Beer and Barleywine Festival
  • Approx 150 cases produced
  • Extremely limited distribution expected
  • Suggested retail price of $30 per 750mL bottle

Label description:

Barleywine style ale brewed with Galaxy hops. A starting gravity of 37 Plato. Aged for 11 months in cognac barrels. The devil is in the details…enjoy.
