Anchorage and Crooked Stave Collaboration: Between the Staves

Anchorage Between the StavesFollowing last week’s announcement of A Deal with the Devil cognac barrel-aged barleywine, Anchorage Brewing Company is preparing to unveil their collaboration with Crooked StaveBetween the Staves. A sour ale fermented in oak foudres with 3 strains of brett, the beer was then aged for 11 months in cognac barrels, finishing up at 7% ABV.

Anchorage plans to bottle Between the Staves soon, with limited distribution and bottles expected to be available at both breweries. This batch is a run of 500 cases. Stay tuned!
