Anchorage and Jolly Pumpkin Collaboration: Calabaza Boreal

Anchorage-Jolly-Pumpkin-Calabaza-BorealAnother Anchorage Brewing Company collaboration is on the way this Spring, as they teamed up with Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales to produce Calabaza Boreal. This 7% ABV oak-aged saison with grapefruit peel, peppercorns and grapefruit juice is slated to debut during The Culmination beer festival, which will be held on Saturday, May 17 at the Dena’ina Center in Anchorage. Calabaza Boreal will also hit distribution following the event, however specific states and amounts are TBD.

Saison brewed with Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Fermented and aged in Foudres with Saison yeast, Brett and Oro de Calabaza from the barrel. Bottle conditioned for natural carbonation. Enjoy…
