Avery Rufus Corvus Bottle Release Apr. 27
Avery Barrel-Aged Series #19 locked and loaded. Rufus Corvus, a blended wine barrel-aged sour ale (85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Chardonnay, 6% Zinfandel), is all bottled up and ready to roll out of the Avery taproom in Boulder beginning on Sunday, April 27 at 1pm.

The next installment in the Avery Barrel-Aged Series will be Obscuro & Nimbosis.
An artful and massively acidic blend of two major projects and further enhanced with several orphan barrels from the corners of our barrel aging cellar. All ale involved was barrel aged for a minimum of 8 months and a maximum of 24 months. Pucker up, buttercup! 8.24% ABV
