Commercial description:

It takes an award winning Belgian style witbier, a little bit of time, a whole lot of love and, most importantly, a mountain of local blueberries to make our beloved purple-hued beauty, Blueberry Cottonmouth. Early each summer, around the end of the Florida blueberry harvest, we meet up with a great group of local blueberry farmers and bring in a portion of their bounty to create one of our most anticipated beers of the year. The result is a slightly tart blueberry witbier, noted for its signature purple tint derived from Florida’s favorite berries. 5.3% ABV

Swamp Head Brewery is located at 3140 SW 42 Way in Gainesville, FL.
