Jester King Nocturn Chrysalis Batch 2 Debuts May 16

Jester King Nocturn ChrysalisA blackberry-packed 2nd batch of Jester King Nocturn Chrysalis is ready to roll out of the tasting room starting on Friday, May 16 at 4pm. The brewery switched up the base beer this time around, opting for a sour pale instead of a sour red to achieve a softer flavor which highlights the fruits (sourced from Oregon instead of Texas for batch 2). End result being a barrel-aged sour ale refermented with blackberries, finishing up at 5.9% ABV.

The details:

  • $16 per 500mL bottle
  • Limit 2 bottles per person, per day
  • Nocturn Chrysalis will be on draft in the tasting room all weekend

Jester King Brewery is located at 13005 Fitzhugh Rd., Bldg. B in Austin, TX.
