  • Liquid Swords 2014 – $15 per 500mL bottle, limit 2 per person
  • Blended Oxtoberfest – $20 per 750mL bottle, limit 2 per person

Commercial descriptions:

Our Liquid Swords series beers are select blends of our finest barrel-aged farmhouse ales. The 2014 edition is amber in color and showcases a deep woodiness, juicy tart fruit character and clean, dry finish.

Etoile du Maine was brewed with our friend and fellow farmhouse brewer, Daniel Thiriez of Brasserie Thiriez. This rustic blonde saison has been aged in oak and gently dry-hopped in the barrel prior to bottle conditioning.

Our bottle conditioned version of Oxtoberfest is a blend of young and old vintages of this special season beer. Fresh ale is blended with batches that have been ripening in oak barrels from previous years.

Oxbow Brewing Company is located at 274 Jones Woods Road in Newcastle, DE.
