Jester King Bière de Miel Coming June 6

Jester King Biere de MielHoney beer’s got the Jester King crew bzzzing. The newest feat in wild fermentation from the Austin-based brewery, Bière de Miel is slated to debut on Friday, June 6 at 4pm when the tasting room opens. Raw Texas wildflower honey was added to the beer at 3 different stages as the fermentation process slowly took place over a near 6-month time period, coming in at 5.8% ABV.

The details:

  • $12 per 750mL bottle
  • Limit 3 bottles per person, per day
  • Approx 250 cases available
  • Draft will be available in the tasting room

If you happen to miss out on the first batch of Bière de Miel, don’t fret – another one is already fermenting as we speak.
