Side Project Saison du Fermier Batch 2 Release June 7

Side-Project-Saison-du-FermierHeads up! It’s that time again. Side Project is dropping the 2nd batch of Saison du Fermier at the Perennial Artisan Ales tasting room on Saturday, June 7 at 12pm. Yes, you might have heard there was (or was not) a locals release for this beer already this week, but the proper fiasco is going down this weekend. Get your farmhouse on.

The details:

  • $20 per 750mL bottle
  • Limit will be determined based on turnout in the morning

Commercial description:

Saison du Fermier is a Chardonnay barrel-fermented Saison. It is the harmony of new and old. It is robust and has the paler color of modern Saisons, yet it is balanced with the brightness, depth and rustic character of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus found in traditional Saisons. This farmhouse ale was fermented in and aged in wine barrels for several months. 7% ABV

Perennial Artisan Ales is located at 8125 Michigan Ave in St Louis, MO.
