Commercial description:

Here you hold our signature barrel-aged beer. Aztec Ale is brewed with Habanero and Serrano chilies and cacao nibs from Mana Chocolate. It’s been a mainstay of our beer lineup since the early days of Breakside, and once a year we brew a few large batches for aging in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.

The final result is a powerful and complex beer: notes of chocolate combine with vanilla, coconut and Habanero to produce a beer that is aggressive yet balanced. You’ll taste every one of the ingredients that went into this beer in perfect harmony. Skeptical? You’ll have to open it and enjoy to understand.
