Forest & Main Paradisaea Release July 3

Forest-and-Main-ParadisaeaJust when you thought it was safe to go to the beach for the holiday weekend…Forest & Main in Ambler, PA will drop Paradisaea on Thursday, July 3 when doors open at 4pm. This is the latest wine barrel-aged saison emerging from the depths of the brewery’s cellar, brewed with citrus and dry-hopped with Mosaic.

The details:

  • $15 per 500mL bottle
  • Limit 6 per person
  • 1 keg of American Boño (‘a stupid but good-hearted beer’) will be on tap

On the horizon is the next release of Lunaire, a hoppy wine barrel-aged saison, expected to release in late July.

Commercial description:

Paradisaea is an orange-hued saison brewed with 4 varieties of citrus and lightly dry-hopped with Mosaic. It has then been aged in wine barrels with our house microflora. The result is fruity, funky, tropical, dry & delicious. 6.5% ABV
