The Commons Trillium Bottle Release July 3

Commons TrilliumThe next installment in The Commons Brewery’s Beetje Series is ready to roll, featuring a blended sour ale dubbed Trillium. Bottles are slated to drop at the tasting room on Thursday, July 3 when they open at 5pm.

The details:

  • $15 per 750mL bottle
  • Bottle limit TBD
  • 70 cases will be available
  • Draft will be available “all weekend”

Commercial description:

Trillium is a blended sour farmhouse ale aged in red wine barrels for over a year with various strains of Brettanomyces. We then dry hopped with whole leaf Meridian hops before bottling.

The Commons Brewery is located at 1810 SE 10th Ave, Unit E in Portland, OR.

    • Prob shouldn’t be a big deal since the brewery is 3k miles away and theres only 70 cases of the stuff. =)
