  • Oak w/ Brett: Limit 5 bottles per person
  • Bourbon Barrel: Limit 2 bottles per person
  • $20 per 750mL bottle (CASH ONLY)
  • Bottle limits will be lifted after 5pm
  • White Wine and Oak w/ Brett varietals will be available on tap

Commercial descriptions:

A bourbon barrel aged saison was created by aging a small amount of the beer in a single 20 year old bourbon barrel. This is the rarest of the three. Notes of bourbon, vanilla and oak come through in the nose, with flavors of sweet fruits following. This one has been described as having characteristics of a grand marnier

A white wine barrel version was created using white wine barrels from the Mondavi winery in Napa Valley. This version is fairly white wine forward throughout, with aromas of spicy white grapes and white wine and flavors of dry white wine, oak and grapefruit.

A version aged in virgin oak barrels with brettanomyces was the third version that our brewers created. This version, funky, slightly tart, and invitingly dry, gives off a brett forward aroma of barnyard and hay, with flavors of dry white fruit and slight wood tannins.
