Commercial description:

This NW style sour red ale was aged in Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Aromas of tart dark grapes and cherries with hints of leather, tobacco start this beer off. Rich dark wine notes, grapes and hints of red currant roll across the palate and lead to a tart drying finish of aged wine, and dried grape skins.
