River North Grand Unified Theory Release July 26

River North Grand Unified TheoryWhat’s that you say – cocktail barrel-aged beers? Yep, looks like Denver’s River North Brewery has dipped their toes into a whole new level of barrel-aged fun, beginning with Grand Unified Theory, an imperial witbier aged in Boulevardier cocktail (whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitter orange liqueur) barrels. Bottles drop on Saturday, July 26 at 1pm.

The details:

  • $15 per 22oz bottle
  • Limit 3 per person
  • 120 cases available

Another pair of cocktail-infused brews are also on the way, including Big City Quad (aged in Manhattan barrels) and Barrel Blonde (aged in a blend of Manhattan, Boulevardier and whiskey barrels). Look for these “in the next couple months.”

River North Brewery is located at 2401 Black St #1 in Denver, CO.
