Commercial descriptions:

Desay a l’Orange – A blend of three Gin barrels of 14 month aged Saison. We added orange peel in barrel to highlight the beautiful citrus character from the wild fermentation, then subtly dry hopped at blending with floral and fruit forward northwest hops. Big orange and spicy botanical aromas and flavors. 6.4% ABV, 25 IBU

Oude English – We took an English Barleywine inspired recipe, ran it through our coolship, then transferred into Caribbean Rum barrels for fermentation and aging. After well over a year, the result is a pronounced acidity and oak character balanced by a full body, mellow carbonation and caramel sweetness accentuated by the barrels. A slow sipping and full flavored dessert beer. 13.9% ABV, 15 IBU

Currant Gin Bu – Oregon grown Black Currants married in Gin barrels to our tart Berliner Weisse inspired base. Rustic earth and spice notes with a distinctive currant character. Refreshing, crisp, characterful. Plus, it looks very pretty. 4% ABV, 1 IBU
