Side Project Saison du Blé Batch 2 Release Aug 15

Side-Project-Saison-du-BleJust laying eyes on these Side Project labels gets my taste buds all in an uproar. Saison du Blé Batch 2 has been deemed ready for consumption by the one and only Cory King, slated for release on Friday, August 15 at 5pm. Similar to other Side Project events, this will go down at the Perennial tasting room in St. Louis and you should (of course) expect the requisite crowd.

The details:

  • $20 per 750mL bottle
  • Bottle limits are typically announced day of the event based on turnout
  • Don’t sleep

Commercial description:

Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a traditional, rustic Saison with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and our house Saison yeast adds complexity and acidity. This farmhouse ale was aged in Chardonnay barrels for several months. 6% ABV

Perennial Artisan Ales is located at 8125 Michigan Ave in St Louis, MO.
