Jester King 分 桃 Bottles Debut Sept 12

Jester King Peach SourPeaches are the theme for Jester King’s next fruit-filled wild ale which is slated to debut at the brewery on Friday, September 12 at 4pm. 分 桃, pronounced Fēn táo, was created by allowing the beer to age in oak barrels for a number of months, then racking into a foudre (oak tank) with hundreds of pounds of peaches from a local Texas orchard. After spending about a year fermenting, this crossed the finish line at 6.4% ABV.

The details:

  • $16 per 500mL bottle
  • Limit 1 per person per day
  • Approx 150 cases produced
  • No distribution
