Tired Hands WoodLaHands Bottle Release Nov. 2

Tired-Hands-Brewing-CompanySour beer with…mushrooms? Yes, Tired Hands WoodLaHands is finally ready for release, launching at the brewery on Sunday, November 2 at noon. This was a collab with PA’s Woodland Jewel Mushrooms, taking a barrel-fermented sour brown ale and conditioning it on locally-grown mushrooms. Why not?

The details:

  • $16 per 500mL bottle
  • Limit 4 bottles per person
  • 600 bottles available

Commercial description:

WoodLaHands, our Pennsylvania Sour Brown Ale fermented and conditioned in a blend of our favorite barrels for roughly eight months and then conditioned atop Donko Shiitake mushrooms grown by our good friends at Woodland Jewel Mushrooms for an additional two months. This beer has been conditioning in the bottle for four months now.

WoodLaHands has evolved beautifully in the bottle since we first put it on tap in July. It is pleasantly dry with bountiful notes of tart cherry, lush oak, red raspberry, bright earth, and leather… The bottle conditioning process has truly transformed this beer. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Tired Hands Brewing Company is located at 16 Ardmore Ave in Ardmore, PA.
