Four Bottles Coming from Cascade Barrel House

A fresh batch of sours are bottled, conditioned and ready to parade out of the Cascade Brewing Barrel House, starting Thursday, June 6 at 4:30 pm. Even better, most of these are available online, so start saving your lunch money and bus fare for an order (if you live in a state they ship to).

June 6:

• Apricot 2012. $20 per bottle, no limit, available online
• Elderberry 2011. $20 per bottle, limit 6 per person, in-house only

June 13:

• Kriek 2012. $20 per bottle, no limit, available online
• Strawberry 2012. $20 per bottle, no limit, available online

End of the month (hopefully):

• Figaro (on tap now)
• Tangerine Dream

For those waiting on Bourbonic Plague, there doesn’t seem to be much improvement on the conditioning front. Cascade’s most recent newsletter states the beer “continues to do its own thing, and there is no release date in the foreseeable future.”
